New to Therapy?

Many people feel hesitant to seek help when faced with a mental or emotional struggle.


The healthy management of thoughts and emotions requires knowledge and skill. These skills are rarely incorporated into education, meaning that many of us grew into adults without ever learning how to respond to an intense emotion, address a negative thought pattern, or motivate ourselves effectively.

Counselling is not a mysterious process! It is a well-researched discipline, and a good therapy will always be able to tell you exactly what is happening in session and why.
