Workshop Offerings

This groundbreaking series is part of a preventative mental health initiative. It provides important information that anyone with a human brain will benefit from and offers the same value as a $235 skills or knowledge-based individual session.

They are a workshop / group-therapy hybrid and qualify for reimbursement under psychology or counselling. â€‹

This series is a great option for corporate workplace settings, team-building, schools, and any other organizations that value the wellbeing of their members or employees.

How did so many of us grow into adults without ever learning how to handle a self-destructive thought, respond to challenging emotions, or deal with a nervous system that can’t tell the difference between a work issue and a bear?

This gap hurts everyone, with consequences ranging from inconvenience to severe damage in self, relationships, health, and achievement.

Building mastery in the inner world can feel like turning on the lights at home. You get to see where the walls are, the stairs, and that hole in the bedroom floor that you kept falling through. You learn how to use the taps and the stove, and how to keep it tidy. You can see which rooms need some love, and which are not yet safe to enter.

This series is the product of 10 years of work with individual, couples, and group therapy clients, alongside an intense desire to understand the frameworks and mechanisms that underly mental wellness. It is eclectic but draws especially from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, parts work, mindfulness-based therapy, and holistic therapy. While AI can play a supportive role in mental health, it has had and will have no part in these offerings.
